Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to professional service fees paid to LS Associates.

Professional Fees. Because our services are professional and time-based, fees for work already performed are non-refundable. Where an engagement is cancelled before work begins, any advance paid will be refunded after deducting costs already incurred.

Government & Statutory Charges. Government fees, filing charges and third-party costs are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority on your behalf.

Requesting a Refund. To request a refund, contact us with your engagement reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
