Client Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information required to perform the services. LS Associates is not responsible for conclusions based on incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

Fees and Payment. Fees are as quoted in the applicable engagement letter and are payable per the agreed schedule. Statutory fees, government charges and third-party costs are billed at actuals.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LS Associates' liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. LS Associates is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
